More than thirty years in tourism, across two countries, gives Ritu an unusually complete experience on what travellers actually expect.
Her career began in India, in five-star hotels and the corporate world, where she developed an early command of luxury hospitality.
In 1996 she settled in France and moved into the French wine industry as an Export Manager. Those years refined her understanding of what defines a premium service. meticulous attention to detail, absolute discretion, and relationships built on trust. Her enduring passion for travel then led her back to the field, where she designed incentive programmes for leading French companies.
In 2010, she founded FTO with a single purpose: to create exceptional experiences for premium travellers who expect far more than an itinerary.
